Rotation experiences range from 4 to 6 weeks.

Staffing Requirements:

The resident is required to staff every other weekend. The resident is also required to staff one major and one minor holiday.

Resident activities include, but are not limited to:

  • In-services
  • Journal clubs
  • Staffing
  • Precepting pharmacy students
  • Major research project
  • Mid-year poster presentation
  • Grand Rounds presentation
  • Drug information
  • P&T committee
  • MUE and new drug reviews
  • BLS certification
  • ACLS certification
  • Optional certifications: FCCS, PALS

The resident will be required to keep an organized electronic binder of all projects, papers, lectures, evaluations, etc. completed throughout the year.
