Baptist Health Floyd’s Rehabilitation Services recently expanded its access for patients, especially in Corydon, through the acquisition of Physical Therapy Works. Along with its Harrison County location, Physical Therapy Works also has a site in Floyds Knobs.
“This extension of services allows Baptist Health Floyd to combine its physical therapy efforts in Floyds Knobs and extend its services in Harrison County,” said Mark Truman, vice president of Operations. “The partnership allows Baptist Health Floyd to offer even more access points for patients who need rehabilitation services, and we are excited to have Physical Therapy Works’ employees as part of Baptist Health Floyd’s team.”
Along with the new service locations,Baptist Health Floyd offers three additional locations for Physical Therapy Services including 1700 State Street in New Albany, a location at the Urgent Care Center at Highlander Point and its newest site at the New Albany YMCA, which offers warm water aquatics therapy.
