Floyd Memorial Foundation’s Guardian Angel Program

The Floyd Memorial Foundation’s new Guardian Angel Program offers patients and visitors a heart-felt way to say thank you to a special associate, physician or volunteer who has made a positive difference in their hospital experience.

“Many community members send notes of thanks regarding their experience here at Floyd Memorial; however, some have shared they would like to do more to recognize the outstanding care they received during their visit, ” said Linda Hendrich, executive director of the Floyd Memorial Foundation. “Patients and visitors to our facility can make a monetary gift of $25 or more to the Foundation to have a team member named as a Guardian Angel, with the donation amount remaining confidential.”

Guardian Angel Recognition:

  • Commemorative lapel pin
  • Guardian Angel’s photo taken during recognition (mailed to donor)
  • Annual Guardian Angel reception with donors
  • Internal recognition of Guardian Angel in hospital newsletter and other celebratory marketing vehicles
